You have mastered the techniques and you miss your regular ice-baths!

You have practiced the Wim Hof Method for some time now and know its power and positive effect it has on you. But you don’t always have the possibility to set up an ice-bath or simply love practicing the method within the support of a group. For you we have created the Advanced Drop-in Package.

You get:

- 10 drop-in entry tickets

- Entry tickets are valid for a period of 3 months (12 weeks)

- Period starts counting as from your first entry

- The weeks of 30.10.2022, 25.12.2023 and 01.01.2024 are excluded from the 12 weeks period since the studio is closed on these dates.

- Drop session lasts 1 hour; 30min breathing and 30min cold exposure (Ice bath)

- There is a session 1 x week on Monday at 12h30-13h30

- Access to a motivational WhatsApp group

- You will be informed if group cold plunges in nature will be organized

Requirements: 

This program package is for advanced level, you either participated to one of our training programs or to another type of advanced training with an WHM instructor.
