Cancellation by the Participant

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing (email or dated message).

More than 30 days before the start of the retreat:

Full refund, minus any administrative fees (if applicable).

Between 30 and 15 days before the start of the retreat:

50% of the total retreat price is due.
Any balance already paid will be partially refunded accordingly.

Less than 15 days before the start of the retreat:

No refund will be issued.

No-show or Early Departure:

No refund will be granted in the event of a no-show on the first day of the retreat or if the participant chooses to leave before the end of the retreat.
The retreat fee covers the full retreat program and is not calculated on a pro rata basis according to the participant's actual attendance or length of stay.

Transfer of Registration

The participant may transfer their place to another person, provided the organizer is informed at least 7 days before the start of the retreat and the replacement participant meets any participation requirements. No additional transfer fees will be charged.

Cancellation by the Organizer

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the retreat in the event of force majeure, insufficient participant numbers, or any circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control.

In such cases, all amounts paid by participants will be fully refunded. No additional compensation shall be payable, including but not limited to transportation costs, accommodation expenses, loss of earnings, or any other consequential costs.

Force Majeure Affecting a Participant

In the event of duly justified force majeure affecting a participant (such as serious illness, accident, or other exceptional circumstances), the organizer may, at their sole discretion, offer an alternative solution such as a credit note, transfer to a future retreat, postponement, or partial refund. Such arrangements will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Health Conditions and Medical Disclosure

Participants are responsible for informing the organizer, prior to the start of the retreat, of any medical condition, physical limitation, allergy, injury, pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, or any other serious health condition that may affect their ability to safely participate in the retreat or any of its activities.

Certain activities offered during the retreat may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions. The organizer reserves the right to recommend that a participant refrain from participating in certain activities where there are reasonable concerns regarding health, safety, or wellbeing.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in the participant being unable to take part in certain activities, and shall not give rise to any refund, credit, or compensation.

Participants remain solely responsible for consulting their physician or healthcare professional before attending the retreat and before participating in any activity offered during the retreat.

Participation and Assumption of Risk

Participation in the retreat and all associated activities is entirely voluntary. Participants are free to choose whether or not to take part in any activity offered during the retreat.

By participating, each participant confirms that they are physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to engage in the activities they choose to undertake and accepts responsibility for their own wellbeing throughout the retreat.

Liability

Participants acknowledge that participation in retreat activities may involve inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury, illness, emotional discomfort, property loss, or other unforeseen circumstances.

By attending the retreat, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation and agree that the organizer, facilitators, hosts, employees, contractors, and venue owners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense incurred during or as a result of participation in the retreat, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The organizer is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of participants' personal belongings at any time during the retreat.

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel, health, accident, medical, and cancellation insurance before attending the retreat.

Retreat Fee and Refund Policy

The retreat fee covers participation in the full three-day retreat program and is not calculated on a pro rata basis according to the participant's actual attendance or duration of stay.

No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be granted for late arrival, early departure, unused services, personal emergencies, illness, travel disruptions, or any other circumstances occurring during the retreat.
